H. Buccigross Named Vice President Of Energy
Industry Practice for Group 8760

James H. Buccigross has been named vice president
of energy industry practice for Group 8760 LLC. Buccigross was the
former director and general counsel for the National Registry of
Capacity Rights Inc. and regulatory division manager and legal counsel
for Skipping Stone Inc.
He is an expert in electronic data interchange (EDI) transactions
as applicable to the energy industry at the wholesale and retail
levels. He is serving his second term as chairman of the Executive
Committee of the Gas Industry Standards Board (GISB), a position
he will continue to hold. In his new position at Group 8760, Buccigross
will be based in Boston.
Buccigross received a B.S. degree in biology from Framingham State
College, an M.B.A. cum laude from Babson College and a J.D. degree
cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. Before joining the
National Registry of Capacity Rights and Skipping Stone, he was
employed by Lotus Development Corp. "We're very pleased and
