John Williams, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
John Williams
is
a founder and Chief Executive Officer of 8760 Inc. He has ten
years
of experience in the management of computer systems organizations.
Prior to founding 8760 Inc., Mr. Williams was the Chief Operating
Officer of MACESS Corporation, a Healthcare solutions provider. He
held this post from company inception in 1990 until acquisition by
SunGard Data
Systems in 1996.
Mr. Williams
was elected to the North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) Retail Electric Quadrant/Services Segment Board in 2002.
Mr. Williams
holds
a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the
University
of Alabama and a Law degree from Cumberland School of Law. Mr.
Williams
worked in the industrial manufacturing sector for 17 years in a
variety
of engineering, sales, marketing and senior management positions
including
General Manager and VP of Business Development for Sirco Systems.
Jim Buccigross, Vice President - Energy Practice
James H. Buccigross is the Vice President - Energy Practice for
8760 Inc. Mr. Buccigross is Chairman of the North American Energy Standards Board
(NAESB, formerly known as the Gas Industry Standards Board(GISB)) Executive Committee, an instructor for NAESB training
seminars,
and represents 8760 Inc. on many NAESB subcommittees
and task forces. Mr. Buccigross serves on the Utility Industry Group
Board of Directors. Mr. Buccigross was General Counsel for
TransCapacity
L.P., a subsidiary of Eastern Utilities Associates. TransCapacity
is an information services company providing transportation
software,
hardware, and services to the energy industry. Mr. Buccigross was
involved in the FERC EBB Working Group process, including design
and
implementation of the Capacity Release Datasets and Electronic
Data
Interchange (EDI) standards and implementation that lead to the
FERC
Order No. 563 series.
Prior to
joining
TransCapacity, Mr. Buccigross was employed by Lotus Development
Corporation.
Mr. Buccigross received his Bachelor of Science degree from
Framingham
State College, a M.B.A. degree cum laude from Babson College, and
a Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Suffolk University Law
School.
He is admitted to the Massachusetts and District of Columbia bars
as well as various Federal Bars and is a member of the
Massachusetts
Bar Association.
